PORTRAITS OF AMERICAN MUSLIMS: CIVILITY IN A PLURALISTIC COMMUNITY

ISPU Project Manager Sarrah Buageila will share findings from the Muslims for American Progress Project (MAP) project, which sheds light on Muslim Americans in Michigan, pairing hard facts with human faces.

This event, co-hosted by the Word Affairs Council of Western Michigan and the Kent District Library, is part of a three-part “Cultivating Community through Civil Discourse” series that explores ways to make the Grand Rapids community one that’s characterized by civility and respect for all.
